The Wonderbag sizes
The best way to choose the correct Wonderbag size is by measuring the capacity of your pan and matching this with the relevant Wonderbag. Here is the capacity (litres) of the different Wonderbag sizes.
Small
Fits pans with a capacity up to 1.5 litres. The weight is 0.6kg.
Medium
Fits pans with a capacity between 2 to 6 litres. The internal base has a diameter of 25cm. The weight is 0.9kg.
Large
Fits pans with a capacity between 6 to 10 litres. The internal base has a diameter of 34cm. The weight is 1.3kg.
Measuring the capacity of your pan
If you already have a short-handled pan, then all you need to do is measure the capacity of your pan by filling it with water and taking note of the capacity in litres.

Once you have the measured the capacity, simply match this with the correct Wonderbag using the sizing above.
