Wonderbag Thai style Vegetable Curry
With the price of meat ever on the increase, I am cooking more and more vegetable dishes, using seasonal fare and what I have grown in my garden. I love experimenting with flavours and spices and have a passion for Thai style cooking. What is great about Thai food is that is warming in winter with its fiery spiciness, but also light in summer, as the sauces are not heavy and roux based. There is of course nothing like a hearty stew with a thick gravy on a really cold day, but try some the lighter Thai dishes that we will be featuring over the next few months as a healthier option.
